Questions, answered
What is a credit?
A credit is the one unit every AI feature in LumiLearn is priced in. A student question answered by AI costs a few credits; a full teacher evaluation of a lesson costs a couple of hundred. The price is shown on the button before you press it, and the table above lists them all.
What happens when the balance reaches zero?
AI features pause and the workspace administrator is asked to top up. Nothing else stops — lessons, feedback forms, surveys, quizzes and Q&A rooms keep working; only the AI answers and reports wait until credits are added.
Do plan credits roll over?
Plan credits reset on the same day every month. Top-up credits are different: they never expire and are only used once the plan balance is spent, so a quiet month costs you nothing.
What if an AI run fails?
You are not charged. A request we refuse costs nothing, and if a run fails on our side after it started, its credits come back to your balance.
Where do I see what we used?
Settings → Credits in your workspace: the current balance, the split between plan and top-up credits, usage by feature and by member, and every transaction.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — two months free. Credits still refill monthly.
Is there a pilot option?
Yes. We run a fixed 6–8 week pilot with one program: a credit balance sized for it, baseline evaluations, an end-of-pilot improvement report, and 100% of the pilot fee credited toward your first annual contract. Ask us.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes — teams billed in Armenia and the region qualify for a regional price book. Contact us with your organization details.
